Chief Operating Officer

Richard (Rick) Morrow is Kastle Systems’ Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, processes and procedures that enable Kastle to efficiently grow and scale. He is also responsible for establishing policies that promote company culture and vision and overseeing regional operations to ensure enterprise-wide alignment, quality, and consistency.

Rick brings more than 25 years of experience to Kastle and has a sustained performance record with private equity-backed global businesses. He has transformed, integrated, and repositioned numerous B2C and B2B businesses (ranging from $50M to $650M in revenue) as regional and global industry leaders. As a successful change agent, Rick inspires and motivates colleagues – building and creating driven global teams enabled by highly-collaborative corporate cultures.

Rick was most recently an Executive Vice President with WorldStrides, a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group, where he served as an overall General Manager and Executive Vice President of the K12 Division. He successfully executed a multi-tiered approach to achieve transformational goals and growth targets – building a global leader in student travel.

Prior to WorldStrides, Rick was one of three principal owners and founders of Virginia Cellular. Rick has degrees from The University of Virginia School of Law, Stanford University, and the London School of Economics.
