Ross Larson is responsible for sales and operations of Kastle Systems’ Western Region. Ross brings over 32 years of Security and Life Safety experience from a variety of roles and responsibilities at successful industry firms. He has held technical, sales, and operations roles on both the east and west coasts of the United States and has travelled extensively in service operations management roles covering a territory that stretched from Honolulu, Hawaii to Halifax, Nova Scotia. At one point over three quarters of geographic North America was his responsibility, visiting and working with well over 100 fire and security offices. Most recently Ross was General Manager at Red Hawk Fire and Security, covering Northern California. Prior to that, he was Operations Service Manager at Tyco’s SimplexGrinnell division. Ross is a Six Sigma Green Belt, NICET 3 certified, and was the first person in his company to be awarded Tyco’s Chairman’s Award for Excellence.
Born in Italy as part of a US Military family, which also conditioned him well for moving every few years, he, his wife, son, and daughter live in San Ramon, California. Ross received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, and his Master’s in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College.
